If you’ve already completed the Pitch_it or Prove_it phase with us you can skip this step. We already know exactly what we need to build. If you haven’t executed these steps with us and you don’t want to write a technical briefing, we’ll organise a workshop. During this workshop you can present us your concept and we’ll translate it into a technical briefing.
We use the technical briefing to create a budget for your product. We prioritise the features and functionalities into ‘must haves’ and ‘nice to haves’. The ‘must haves’ form your ‘Minimum Viable Product’ (MVP). Your MVP has enough features to launch it in beta. As soon as we launch your MVP, our team continues to build the ‘nice to have’ features. This way your budget stays under control and you enable validated learning from your MVP as early as possible.
We build your product in ‘sprints’ of two weeks. This means we release a piece of code each sprint, so that you can start testing it. This methodology also means that you quicken your time to market. As soon as we’ve developed your MVP you are ready to ‘go into beta’. Going into beta means you can invite trusted people in your network to test your product in a secured environment. We keep running sprints until you are ready to go live to the general market.
